The Human Resources – Career Development Ministry is coordinating the 2020-2021 Watts Chapel Business and Professional Directory. All Watts Chapel members who are business owners are encouraged to participate. The directory will not be printed, but will be available on the Watts Chapel website. HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST, SENIOR

This position is in the Human Resources Department of the City of Durham, NC. The position is responsible for leading, coordinating, and analyzing data in one or more functional areas; researching, analyzing and executing special projects including policies and procedures; recommending programs and projects; and preparing management reports. The job requires Bachelor’s degree in human resources or directly related field plus five years of professional human resources experience. Interested parties should have a strong HR Employee Relations background (3+ years). This is a requirement. A Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) CP, SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification may be required. This is a full-time job with benefits. Salary range is $54,580.50 – $84,591.00 annually ($54,580.50 – $69,576.00 – hiring range). Relocation assistance is not available. LANDLORD ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

The Raleigh-Wake Partnership to End and Prevent Homelessness (RWPEH) is hiring a full-time Landlord Engagement Specialist. This position works directly with the Housing Navigation Unit Manager and is responsible for implementing and managing an interactive shared database of landlords and homeless housing partners to assist in the goal of rapidly housing people experiencing homelessness, as well as providing housing support and assistance to those matched to housing programs with federally funded housing subsidies.  Candidate needs an A.A., knowledge of real estate, business management or property management.  Housing Quality Standards (HQS) certification preferred, or ability to get certified.

The salary is commensurate with experience, benefits included. This position is a “Temp to Hire” —  the candidate will be hired for a temporary period (approx. 3 – 6 months). At the end of this period, the employee would be eligible for a full-time position. Pay range: $45,000 – $60,000 / Hiring Range: $45,000-$52,250.  This position is grant funded and is subject to renewal.

CAROLINA COMMUNITY TRACING COLLABORATIVE
Community Care of North Carolina (CCNC) has been engaged by the NC Department of Health and Human Services to hire and train staff to support existing efforts of local health departments to track the transmission of COVID19 in North Carolina. CCNC/NC AHEC will assist local health departments in meeting the surge in demand for contract tracing staff expected when more widespread COVID-19 testing begins.

Contact tracing is a key element in Governor Cooper’s strategy of testing, tracing and trends aimed at gradually easing stay-at-home-restrictions and supporting a safe economic recovery. CCNC is hiring a Statewide Contact Tracing Team.

Accessible Home Care of Mid Carolina has immediate openings for RNs and LPNs. Position is ideal for person’s seeking supplemental work, part-time or equivalent of full-time hours! Candidates must be licensed in NC and in good standing with the State’s Nurse Registry. Experience with G-tubes and Hoyer Lift is essential along with the compassion for working with the elderly.
