Enter your email address (must match the email in your member profile)
Enter your password
If you forgot your password, click the link
If you need a login, click to register for an account.

To update your information in ACS:
Click the Home Menu and select My Profile
Click Edit (top right-hand corner)
Update any information that has changed.
To Update or Add your photo:
Click the Personal Photo button
Click Choose File and select your photo
Preview Photo
Save your Changes
WATTS CHAPEL MEMBER PICTURES

All members are requested to update their current picture or provide a picture for the member database so we may know who you are. If you joined our church family during the pandemic and have not uploaded a picture, or had your picture taken by the Photography Ministry, please provide your photo also.

BASKETBALL TRIP-MEN OF WATTS

The Men of Watts Ministry is sponsoring a Guys Night Out to Charlotte on Friday, April 5th to attend the Hornets vs the Orlando Magic Basketball Game.  We will have our own VIP box seats.  Cost is $100 per person and includes round trip bus ride and 1 box seat ticket.  The bus will leave Watts at precisely 2:00pm.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH/TEEN TALK

Join the Children & Youth Ministry for Children’s Church and Teen Talk during the 10:30 AM worship service. On 2nd Sundays, Elementary-school youth will have an opportunity to connect with each other and caring adults as they learn more about God in an engaging and interactive way. On 4th Sundays, Middle, and High School-aged youth will have an opportunity to connect with each other and caring adults as they discuss topics relevant to today’s teens while developing a biblical foundation to grow closer to God and each other.

CHOSEN - WORLD VISION MISSION INITIATIVE

Watts Chapel in partnership with the global organization World Vision, and we are part of the CHOSEN Campaign.

Thank you to each individual, family, and ministry who stepped up to sponsor a child in Rwanda. Through your commitment and generosity, over 200 children have been sponsored. Please stay in touch with your child and keep up with them. You may download the World Vision application if you haven’t already or communicate by logging into your World Vision account (https://www.worldvision.org/sponsorship).

egg-stravaganza for easter

CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER AND THEIR FAMILIES are invited to join the Children & Youth Ministry for the EGG-STRAVANGANZA to celebrate Easter! Come out to the Watts Parking Lot on SATURDAY, MARCH 30TH, AT 11AM!  There will be eggs, prizes, games, and fun for everyone!  HE IS RISEN!

The Churchwide Find Your Fit Fair is on Sunday, April 14th, after both services in the Multipurpose Room.  Come get connected to Ministry at Watts!  All Ministries will be available to answer questions and sign up members that are ready to serve!  Come FIND YOUR FIT in Ministry!

GLOBAL 6K TEAM REGISTRATION

Watts Chapel, in conjunction with World Vision, will sponsor our annual hybrid Global 6K For Water on Saturday, May 18. This 6K is a global fundraising effort to raise money to bring clean water to many children around the world. The average distance many women and children in the developing world walk for water is 6K (3.7 miles).

The event will be held at Southeast Raleigh High School (2600 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh) from 9am-12pm.

When you register for the 6K, you’ll provide clean water to one person through your registration fee ($50 for adults, $25 for kids 18 and under). We hope that you’ll join the Watts Team and support this important and lifesaving effort. You may walk in person with us, in your neighborhood, or at a location of your choosing.

Every registration on March 22-24, Official Launch Weekend, will give 2 people clean water.

Lent 2024

Lent 2024Wednesday, February 14-Saturday, March 30

Our Lent Worship Service will be on Ash Wednesday, February 14th, at 12 noon.

There will be NO NOON-DAY BIBLE STUDY, NO WORD ON WEDNESDAY, AND NO AWANA on this day.

Read the entire Gospels of Matthew and Mark. Read 1 chapter in the Gospel of Matthew and then the Gospel of Mark each day through the season of Lent. There are 28 Chapters in the Gospel of Matthew and 16 Chapters in the Gospel of Mark.  Then, end the Lent Season on Saturday, March 30, by reading your favorite Psalm.

 Lent Challenges:

  • Motivational Mondays (Send an encouraging text message or email to someone on Mondays)
  • Thankful Tuesdays (Count at least 10 blessings and write them down on Tuesdays).
  • Witness Wednesdays (Be a witness to someone through an act of kindness, word or deed, on Wednesdays). 
  • Thrice Thursdays (Pray at least 3 times a day on Thursdays). 
  • Nothing Fried Fridays (No fried foods on Fridays).
  • Silent Saturdays (Take at least 15 minutes in silent meditation on a passage of scripture on Saturdays).
  • Sabbath Sundays (Attend worship and invite someone to church on Sundays).

MEDIA TEAM MEMBERS NEEDED

The Watts Chapel Media Team is looking for volunteers to assist with weekly broadcast production and social media. We are looking to build our team with anyone eager and willing to learn what it takes to operate cameras, direct, assist with social media, and assist with audio production. Email Sis. Mock Interview Workshop

The Career Development Ministry will host a Mock Interview workshop on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 1:00-3:00 via ZOOM.  The Mock Interview will consist of a brief interview followed by individual feedback on attire, demeanor, and performance.  Participants will have the option of having the interview recorded on your telephone or other recording device for your personal review.

MONTHLY RUN/WALK CHALLENGE

The Health & Wellness Ministry is encouraging members to stay active and healthy. Members are invited to participate in the Run/Walk Challenge from March 1st through March 31st. Walk or run 50, 75, or 100 miles this month. Download the NRC (Nike Run Club) App on your Smartphone or Smartwatch. Come to participate in the month’s challenge, walk to finish strong! Join the Young Adult Ministry for a Paint and Praise event on Saturday, April 20th, 11am-2pm in the Multipurpose Room.

SENIOR MINISTRY

The Watts Chapel Senior Ministry invites everyone age 55 and above to meet with them via Zoom every 3rd Tuesday at 10 AM. Guest speakers, Senior News, Senior health tips, trips, and more are how they keep their minds and bodies active. Join them for fun and fellowship and to connect with other like-minded Seniors. St. Augustine Project

Watts Chapel will support St. Augustine University as they still have students on campus as they have moved to all online schooling. Watts will supply meals for brunch and dinner for approximately 250 students EVERY DAY the week of April 15th through 21stTo help support this project, people are asked to give a $20 donation.

TLC MINISTRY, CARE BUDDIES

The TLC Ministry provides prayer, encouragement and resource information to our Watts Chapel family members who are caring for elderly, special needs or disabled loved ones. Caregivers click here to complete the census form so we may better serve you. Also, TLC Ministry is seeking compassionate Care Buddy volunteers who can call, pray for, or lend a listening ear to our brothers and sisters as they care for their loved ones. If you would like to learn more about how you can help a Watts Chapel Caregiver, please contact us at tlcministry@wattschapel.org.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORSHIP

Watts Chapel’s Transportation Ministry will begin providing transportation to church for the 10:30 AM Worship Service on April 16 for riders within a 5-mile radius from the church’s address (3703 Tryon Road, Raleigh). Reservation requests may be made Monday mornings at 9 AM and must be received no later than 11 AM on the Friday prior to the upcoming Sunday Service. Transportation Waivers are required for each rider. Children 16 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult, 18 or older. Masks are required.

NOTE: Watts Chapel Transportation Vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair lift ramps.
